Jerrod was amazing at getting my family into the perfect home for us. I told him I needed to get settled ASAP because of school age children. He spent all weekend showing us everything that met our requirements and offered us priceless insight into home ownership in the CO Springs area. After the great first impression he continued to amaze us by flawlessly coordinating all inspection, paperwork, and repairs. 100% satisfied and highly recommend.

Jerrod was our real estate agent in June and July 2022. We liked his ratings and he sure lived up to excellent service. As we were relocating from another state to the greater Colorado Springs area, Jerrod would graciously go to homes we were interested in "seeing" and he would video the local streets and conduct a video walk through, describing various aspects, including any potential concerns. Finally we found a really nice home and he helped with the initial offer and more importantly the inspection period where he helped obtain quotes for various parts of the potential home repairs (roof, furnace, concrete, sewer, etc. His timely facilitated quotes for repairs and replacement helped our negotiations and adjusted offer of high 5 figures. Without Jerrod's construction knowledge, honesty/integrity, vendor recommendations, etc we would have likely overpaid during the volatile market period of June/July 2022. Jerrod's excellent service, availability, timely communications helped us close on a beautiful home and we can't be more thankful. His dedication to donate a percentage of his commission to charity also speaks volumes to the quality of the person Jerrod is. While Jerrod is an excellent real estate agent, we consider him a friend for his dedication to see that we found the right home at the right price.

Working with Jerrod at Wish Properties was a great experience and I highly recommend him. I was considering selling my home and found Wish Properties on a list of positively rated realtors. When I first met Jerrod, my home was occupied by a renter and I was considering selling. We do not live in Colorado Springs but on one of our visits, Jerrod came out to our house while the tenant was home. He showed great tact as he gave us an estimate of the value of our home, told us things we should do to make it more presentable for sale, and offered advice that helped us make a good decision. After our first meeting, we were not ready to sell and Jerrod did not pressure us; instead, he sent us periodic unsolicited market updates. Ultimately, armed with the information Jerrod volunteered, we decided it was time to sell. We soon discovered that Jerrod is extremely knowledgeable and is very well connected with the trades in Colorado Springs. Jerrod coordinated or introduced us to all manner of professional services to help us prepare the home. Those associates were also honorable and qualified. At every step of the process, Jerrod did what he said he would do and was honest.

In Colorado, you could throw a stone and hit at least a few realtors. And who does not have family and friends that are realtors? The secret is finding a realtor that stands out from the crowd. A person whose integrity and personable nature is unparalleled. And Jerrod is that person. A realtor that became a friend that feels more like family. We first met Jerrod about 5 years ago when we sold an investment property with him, and when the time came for us to part with our personal home, he was the only person that came to mind. He went above and beyond with our sale – cleaning out trash, helping maintain the property when we moved, helping us move a refrigerator, multiple visits to our home to answer questions/concerns, hiring a stager for advice, and the photographer he used to take pictures made our home look like a million bucks. If we were not moving out of state, we would have bought it all over again. To say that I highly recommend him would be an understatement. Thank you for all of your hard work Jerrod. It is appreciated.

Then, I found Jerrod.I cannot imagine getting through this process without him. He was nothing short of awesome. A very thorough, and very NICE, thoughtful, considerate, young man with a great heart and very knowledgeable about the area's real estate market. From the city (Colorado Springs) to the mountains, I was lucky to find him.I was more than a regular handful client, I think. I'm sure I was a pain in his butt, but he never wavered. The process was difficult, but you wouldn't have known that with Jerrod taking care of every detail. And, I mean, EVERY detail. He quieted my busy and worried mind and went way beyond the call of duty. If I could have adopted him, I would gladly have done so! If you don't hire Jerrod as your next Realtor, you are taking a big chance. He is wonderful!!!!

One big possibility was to move out-of-state and set our roots there. When we finally set our sights in Colorado Springs, being from California, we had to accept some realities. Two of them being, not meeting our realtor in person and buying our new home sight-unseen. We found Jerrod online and we are beyond glad we did. He had an impressive website, filled with amazing testimonials and reviews. When we got in touch, Jerrod was very understanding of our situation and was willing to move at our pace. As we shared with him what we were looking for in a home, he made the necessary changes. When we were really interested in a home, he had no problem visiting the location to FaceTime and walkthrough. Jerrod really set the bar high, being beyond accommodating and informative.When we came across our new home, he had no problem doing a following day visit and working fast paced to help us make a serious offer. He had an extensive list of professional, highly-rated inspectors for all the recommended inspections upon buying a new home. That made our lives all the easier as we were trying to wrap things up back in California.By the time we made the drive over to Colorado Springs and met with him at our new home, it was like meeting with a longtime friend and just feeling that warm welcome. He checked on us the following days after and really helped even upon finalizing paperwork. Our family is grateful to Jerrod. My wife and I both agree, Jerrod is the best realtor ever! We put our trust and faith in him and we are glad we did. We would not have been able to be in this amazing home just in time for Christmas if it weren’t for him.

Jerrod was extremely helpful/crucial in finding our first home in a very volatile market. After talking to other friends who were also looking for homes with different realtors - where their realtors told them to stop looking and give up, Jerrod stuck with us and went out of his way to help us find and close on our dream home. He answered every question that we had with great detail, as well as educated us on terms that were once foreign to us. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He will learn what you’re looking for and why you like something or not like something and tailor his services to your needs and wants as a priority. Down to earth and easy to talk to. I would recommend not looking any further for someone until you have at least sat down with him and give him a chance to listen to what you are looking for. He will truly listen to what you have to say and He will help you find it!

Jerrod is a great realtor. He definitely takes his time, provides a lot of options, and has really good knowledge of the neighborhoods and areas that would be a good fit for a prospective buyer. He is also very transparent on what he thinks is good, bad, and a good sounding board for details like commute, neighborhood, value, etc. Jerrod also has a great bench f other professionals, like lenders and handymen that can ease the whole transition of moving. I would highly recommend Jerrod as a realtor if you are moving.

Jerrod was AMAZING!!!! He completely exceeded our expectations in a realtor! He’s was detailed, easy to get a hold of, nice to be around, knowledgeable and worked hard for us. He was able to tell us what things would cost to fix, brought up good points we didn’t necessarily think of. He was great at negotiating, making sure not to scare off the sellers but still getting us a great deal. He fought for us to make sure we got everything we needed to feel secure in our new home. He made sure things were taken care of properly. He not only got up on the roof of the home we were buying to make sure the job was done but when it didn’t meet his standards he had them come back twice to get it done right. And while up on the roof he ended up cleaning our gutters! He was extremely on top of everything! He stayed intouch with our mortgage company to be sure to meet deadlines so our closing was right on time. He was available every time we called/text/emailed. He made sure we knew everything up front so there were no surprises. He is even staying in contact with us after closing to make sure we don’t have any questions or concerns. He was able to answer every question we had whether it was mortgage based or home repair cost. We really felt taken care of knowing he was on top of things for us. I want to refer him to everyone I know!
